CITY WATERS is a 3 Star tourist class property of self-catering units. We cater for clients wanting a 3 star price. All rooms are fully equipped with kitchens and bathrooms with bath. The property enjoys a superb CBD Location on 118 Terrace Road, Perth, next to Langley Park by the banks of the Swan River. Because of the central location most of the City's attractions can be enjoyed without the need to hire a car. They can be reached either by a short stroll or by the City's free transport.
The one-bedroom units have separate bathrooms with bath and shower. The kitchen is also separate with gas stove, hotplates, microwave oven and fridge. All crockery and cutlery is supplied along with a kettle and toaster. The main room is comfortably set out with built-in robes, dining area, colour T.V., air conditioning and telephone. There is sleeping for up to three adults or two adults and two children. These units can cater for overnight stays or long term stays.
The two-bedroom units have been specifically designed for the family. A floor plan is shown below. Two bedrooms adjoining with a soundproof door, each with it's own TV, phone, air conditioner, table and chairs. One bedroom has a double bed, the other three single beds. The unit also has a kitchen and bathroom.
