Tall Timbers Hotel offers its guests 67 beautifully appointed RACT four star rated units and apartments. All of Tall Timbers' accommodation is situated at the rear of the main hotel complex and is set out to take advantage of the stunning rural views that surround the property.
With no exception, the accommodation offers guests the opportunity to relax and unwind in the tranquility, peace and serenity that the property offers. The accommodation options at Tall Timbers consist of 52 motel style units, 4 in-bath spa units, 1 fully disabled motel style unit, and 2 self-contained family apartments, all with full ensuite facilities.
The Tall Timbers Kauri Bistro, named after the Kauri Timber Company, features a menu that celebrates the outstanding world acclaimed fresh produce of the "Edge of The World" region of Tasmania. Seafood harvested in Bass Strait and the Southern Ocean, prime North West Coast beef, lamb and organically reared chicken, crisp fresh vegetables, and the highest quality dairy products all feature extensively on the bistro menu. Tall Timbers employs four chefs and three apprentices to create our award-winning dishes. This talented group of young men and women make up the kitchen brigade that have put the Tall Timbers Kauri Bistro into AHA award-winning positions for the last 3 years.
