Lincoln Downs is a boutique establishment offering a more personal style of service and an intimate atmosphere. We offer 33 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, all with ensuites, overlooking the lake or English style gardens. All rooms/suites are air-conditioned and some feature spas, king or queen size beds.
At Lincoln Downs you'll discover the perfect environment for a stroll through the park-like gardens complete with tranquil private lake and resident peacocks. On site we have a range of recreational facilities, including 15 metre salt water swimming pool, full size tennis court, billiards room, barbecue area, cocktail bar and renowned restaurant, Briars.

Our purpose built, state-of-the-art conference centre contains three meeting rooms, complete with comprehensive audiovisual and business facilities catering for up to 150 people. All meeting rooms take advantage of natural lighting and garden views.
